While driving to work today, I noticed this sign, "You are judged by the company you keep".
It's true, isn't it? We live in a world where decisions are generally made based on polls or what the majority thinks. We judge people based on their skin color, educational attainment, where they live, political affiliation, etc. This is unfortunate but it's the reality.
Jesus was derogatorily called, "a friend of sinners" when seen with the outcast. He was judged as one of them. Today, we still make the same mistake. We should refrain from stereotyping people. We should reserve judgment until we have enough information to make it objectively, fairly and wisely.
