Can You Claim the Promise?

The mother of a friend died recently. An uncle of a co-employee also passed away almost on the same day.

Death. It's something we don't want to think about, and yet, we're a day closer to it today than yesterday. It's a destination we are all bound for and journey toward it, consciously or unconsciously.

What is beyond it? If it is true that death is a door that opens to another dimension of existence, what is on the other side of that door?

Jesus' claim comes to mind: I am the Resurrection and the Life. He who believes in me though he were dead, yet shall he live unto eternal life.

Can you claim His promise? Consider His other claim: I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one can come to the Father except through Me.
