Billy Graham, perhaps, but certainly not me!
Yet,the apostle Paul in one of his letters to the Corinthian church said that believers are ambassadors for Christ. That is an indicative statement - you don't choose to be, you already are by virtue of making Him your Savior and Lord.
It is a challenge to live as one, for it means accurately representing Him to the world. After all, that's what the word "christian" means - like Christ.
A christian, is a christian not because he's got religion but because he made a decision to make Christ his Savior and Lord, and lives his life in accordance with His teachings.
He is a believer, a disciple, and yes, an ambassador.
